As a United States Marine, I fought to protect our nation in Operation Desert Storm. As your County Supervisor, I am dedicated to providing you with responsive, accessible and effective representation.
Working together, we built a strong record of success for the citizens of District 3 during my first term on the County Board. Our accomplishments include:
- REFORMING Wasteful Government – Cut excessive perks and benefits for elected county officials. Authored the County’s new sunshine law to promote transparency. Exposed corruption at the San Bernardino Airport.
- DEFENDING Taxpayers — Balanced three County budgets without higher taxes or financial gimmicks. Leading the fight against Sacramento’s outrageous Fire Service Tax.
- PRESERVING Our Quality of Life — Stopped the Green Path North power line that threatened our communities. Maintained the highest level of County Fire and Law Enforcement protection for local residents.
- PROTECTING Local Jobs – Worked closely with community and business leaders to preserve jobs, expand job training and streamline county regulations to help our small businesses hire more workers.
